Equipment List
Seashell Aquarium
Just picked up my new Seashell aquarium. Will be setting up over the next couple of weeks when I get my head (and hands) around the plumbing and the electrics
Cabinet is for a 36"X24"X20" aquarium and sump and stands 30" high to allow room for protein skimmer and other equipment.

LED lights
I have bought two Aquabeam 1000HD Reef White LED tiles. I got a really good deal on these lights and at only 30 watts each power consumption should be pretty low. I will probably leave room for a third light just in case.
The cabinet also has a fitted and hinged lid which will take the light fittings.

More bits and bobs
After a lot of thought and juggling with bank balance I decided to go with the Eheim Compact 3000 for my return pump, after reading a number of good reviews. I have also choosen the Instant Ocean Skimm 800 after good reviews and an affordable price tag along with the V2Therm 300 heater.
Have also bought two Korelia 4 power heads a thermometer and an LED lamp for the sump.
Am using Salifert test kits for Ammonia, Nitrate and Nitrite but have bought a digital probe for pH and the Hanna Checker Phosphorus kit.
Have added a PhosBan 150 reactor to try to control phosphates
TMC V2Pure 75 Advanced RO unit.
